A way to try Belong with one team or cohort before deciding on anything bigger.

Most organizations don't want to roll this out everywhere before knowing if it actually helps. A pilot lets you pick one group, run it for a set period, and look at what happened before deciding what's next.

What's included

• Setup for your pilot group, matched to your context
• Access to the learning paths and scenario simulations that fit that group
• Reporting on how the cohort is engaging overall, not individual tracking
• A wrap-up session to go over results and decide on next steps

How it works

Pilots usually run six to eight weeks. We start with a call to understand what you're trying to solve, set up the cohort, then check in partway through and again at the end.
